THE LETTER


Maybe today, Today is the day, i'll hear from someone i hope and i pray.
it's been a long time no letter, no call Alone in this prison. Since the day I did fall.
No visit no word I feel so alone I never get an ansewer when I call on the phone.
I watch them all run Each day at mail call the letters and smiles fill up the halls.
so i sit and i hope i kneel and i pray Please let me recive a letter today.
it would be so nice to know someone cares just a few words of kindness to share.
outta sight outta mind i've heard that before i guess they think i don't exist anymore.
as i hear the name called i can't belive my ears.
they just called my name and i hold back the tears.
my heart starts to pound as i rush to receive a letter from someone i just can't belive.
my hands start to tremble as i read the few lines each word seemed to glow each word seemed to shine.
slowly i read to the one i so love this letter to you has come from above.
delivered by angels inspired by prayer i know how you feel and i know it's not far.
i know how it feels to be rejected by all i know what it's like to take a great fall.

tamily and friends could not help me then i felt so alone no one to defend.

man can not hep you or confort your heart like the love that i have for you to impart.
so i want you to know when all leave your side i'll carry you through the time that you cry.I sofferde that payn so you would be free i love you - my daughter i'm all that you need.
man will abandon you and turn you awaay i'll never leave you i promise to stay.
i closed my eyes tight and i started to pray i thank you dear lord for your letter today.
all of a sudden my tears felt like rain the pag got so wet soked and tear stained.
i prayed and i it seemed like forever when i opened my eyes i was holing no letter just a hand full of tears and a heart full of joy a simle on my face and a day to enjoy.
