Old memories like a river flue
guide my steps in the dark night,
and sliding fast in my mind,
make me lose.
I look for my lost way.

Immediately something in the night:
It's you! A shapeless image!
IT'S YOU! I shout load your name!
I T' S Y O U! Now I can see a weak light
that shines on my way.

But you don't hear me;
you don't turn your head
and look into my eyes
that are crying for my pain.
You don't care.

I thought you would understand:
you would turn your head;
you would hear my voice after I have shouted;
you would look into my crying eyes;
but you didn't... You'll never do!
